Privacy Policy
Relish Mangoes respects your privacy. Information collected during the order process (such as names, phone numbers, and addresses) is stored securely and used explicitly for the uncompromised fulfillment of your orders.
We do not sell, distribute, or broker your personal information. If you opt into the VIP harvest list, your email is used solely to provide transactional and season-opening communications directly curated by our team.
Shipping Information
Our delivery network is strictly limited to the Greater Bengaluru area. We do not accept delivery obligations outside this service area, and orders outside it may be declined or cancelled.
You will receive an update before final dispatch with a delivery window that applies only within our Greater Bengaluru coverage zone. Flat-rate handling fees may be included implicitly in pricing unless a promotional rule overrides it.
Refund & Replacement Guarantee
Because mangoes are perishable goods, any grievances regarding quality (spoilage, severe transit damage, or premature ripening issues) must be reported to our support within 12 hours of delivery receiving.
If evaluated and validated by our team based on shared evidence (photos), we will dispatch an identical replacement box in the subsequent delivery cycle, or provide a store credit for the affected quantity.
